Terms & Conditions — 89dc Platform Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 89dc ("89dc", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the 89dc website at 89dc.app, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any policies incorporated herein by reference, such as the 89dc Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

89dc reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of 89dc following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and request account closure.

These Terms are written in English and are governed by the principles of fair dealing and transparent platform operation. In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of these Terms, the English-language version shall prevail. 89dc operates as an entertainment platform providing online sports betting and casino gaming services to players in Bangladesh and other eligible jurisdictions.

Access to and use of the 89dc platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while maintaining an active account.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and gaming activities of the type offered by 89dc are not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not accessing the platform as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any person who does not meet the eligibility criteria set out herein.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 89dc, its affiliates, or its licensed game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming).
• You have not previously been self-excluded or excluded by 89dc from accessing the platform.

89dc employs age verification procedures at the point of registration and at the time of processing any withdrawal request. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — to confirm that you meet the age eligibility requirement. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until the verification process is completed.

Players who are residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law access the platform entirely at their own legal risk. 89dc cannot provide legal advice to individual players regarding the laws of their specific jurisdiction and recommends that all players seek independent legal guidance if they are uncertain about the legality of online gambling in their location.

To access the full range of services available on 89dc — including depositing funds, placing bets, and playing casino games — you must create a registered account. Account registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You agree to update your account information promptly if any detail changes.

One Account Per Player: Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 89dc platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited. Violation of the single-account rule may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 89dc account credentials, including your username and password. 89dc strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other platform.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including friends, family members, or anyone claiming to represent 89dc support.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Contact 89dc support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

89dc will never contact you by email, phone, or messaging service to request your account password. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the 89dc support team. 89dc accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of a player sharing their account credentials with a third party.

All financial transactions on the 89dc platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 89dc supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer through City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount on 89dc is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits, which are outside 89dc's control.

Deposit Fees: 89dc does not charge any fee on deposits made to your account. Any transaction charges levied by your mobile wallet provider (such as bKash or Nagad) or bank are the responsibility of the player and are separate from the amount credited to your 89dc balance.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed by the 89dc payments team during operating hours (24 hours, Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Typically within 1–4 hours of approval.
• Bank Transfer (City Bank, BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank): 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit to the account, or to a verified account held in the same name as the registered 89dc account. 89dc reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals requested while a bonus is active may be subject to the wagering requirements associated with that bonus — see Section 6 for full bonus terms.

Currency: All balances, wagers, winnings, and transaction amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 89dc does not support multi-currency accounts and does not apply currency conversion rates. If you deposit via a payment method that operates in a different currency, your provider will handle the conversion before funds reach your 89dc balance.

The following rules apply to all sports betting and casino gaming activity conducted through the 89dc platform. By placing any wager or participating in any game, you acknowledge and accept these rules in full.

Sports Betting: All sports betting markets on 89dc — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers ODI and Test fixtures, ICC events), football, kabaddi, and other available sports — are governed by the specific market rules published on the relevant betting page. In the event that a market rule conflicts with these General Terms, the specific market rule takes precedence for that market only.

• Bets are accepted and confirmed only when the platform issues a bet confirmation with a unique bet reference number. No confirmation means the bet was not registered.
• 89dc reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were published in error, where the market was opened with incorrect parameters, or where there is clear evidence of technical error.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to market availability and network connectivity. 89dc accepts no liability for bets that were not confirmed due to connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by sport, market type, and event.

Casino and Slot Games: All casino games available on 89dc — including live dealer games from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, slot titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming, and speciality fishing games — are governed by the individual game rules provided by the respective game provider. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game interface or upon request from the 89dc support team.

Technical Failures: In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a gaming session, 89dc will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. If reconstruction is not possible, the affected round or bet may be voided and the wagered amount returned to the player's account. 89dc's decision in such matters is final.

89dc offers various promotional offers and bonuses to both new and existing registered players in Bangladesh. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published with each offer, in addition to the general bonus principles set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements: Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all bonus funds awarded to a player must be wagered a minimum number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in the promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; any unconverted bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.

Eligible Games: Not all games on 89dc contribute equally toward the wagering requirements of a bonus. Sports betting wagers, slot games, and live casino games may carry different contribution percentages. The eligible games and contribution rates for each bonus are stated in the offer's specific terms.

• Bonuses are issued to eligible players only — players who have previously self-excluded, are under investigation, or have a restricted account are not eligible to receive promotional offers.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts and have no cash value prior to meeting the applicable wagering requirements.
• 89dc reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer, modify its terms, or void bonus funds in cases where the offer has been claimed in bad faith or in violation of the single-account rule.
• Seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, Eid, or Pohela Boishakh are time-limited and subject to their own published terms.

Welcome Bonus: New player welcome bonus offers are available to first-time registrants only. Each player is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times — through the creation of additional accounts or other means — constitute a violation of the single-account rule and will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus amounts and potential account closure.

As a registered player on 89dc, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in a manner consistent with these Terms, applicable law, and the reasonable expectations of a legitimate player. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 89dc:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of account registration, verification, or during any transaction or support interaction.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live games, sports betting markets, or any other platform feature in order to gain an unfair advantage or to manipulate outcomes.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers, wagering requirements, or cashback systems through systematic low-risk wagering strategies, arbitrage betting, or any other method not consistent with genuine recreational play.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, automated betting software, or any other tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Money Laundering: Using the 89dc platform to process, layer, or integrate funds derived from illegal activity. All suspicious activity is reported to the relevant authorities in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
• Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank, bKash, Nagad, or any other payment provider in relation to a deposit made to 89dc without first contacting 89dc support to resolve the underlying issue.
• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to access any area of the 89dc platform beyond your authorised player account, including backend systems, other players' accounts, or administrative tools.

89dc reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of engaging in prohibited conduct. During an investigation, the account may be temporarily restricted. If the investigation confirms a violation, 89dc may permanently close the account and forfeit any outstanding balance, pending bonuses, or winnings associated with the prohibited activity. 89dc's decision following a conduct investigation is final and binding.

Either party — the player or 89dc — may close a registered account. The procedures and consequences differ depending on the initiating party and the reason for closure.

Player-Initiated Closure: You may request the closure of your 89dc account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Before the account is closed, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your verified payment method. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure. 89dc-Initiated Suspension: 89dc reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account — temporarily or permanently — in the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete required KYC or age verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's payment provider.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account action.
• Detection of a duplicate or linked account associated with the same player.

89dc-Initiated Permanent Closure: In cases involving confirmed fraud, money laundering, severe Terms violations, or underage gambling, 89dc may permanently close the account. Upon permanent closure for cause, any balance remaining in the account — including real-money funds deposited by the player — may be withheld pending investigation and the outcome of any legal proceedings. Where funds are determined to be legitimately owned by the player and unconnected to any violation, they will be returned to the verified source payment method.

Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 89dc reserves the right to charge a dormancy administration fee on dormant accounts as permitted under applicable regulations. Players will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fee being applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and complete any outstanding verification requirements.
